lvl 35 + leather armour

Where (on who) can u find leather armour (without armpads) or the first hooded leather armour (the one that Giriza goons are wearing) beeing lvl 35? And where can u find Giriza quests?

I don't think it's going to be easy, you can only find half and full plates from traders at higher levels, I hope in the future the weapons and armour won't just be available dependant on your level.

At least I know it's possible. I wasted some guy (I think he was guarding the Karga camp entrance) and he had one of the leathers on him.
